My photo isn't showing in the contact preview

Messages shows initials in its preview. Save the contact and the photo appears. WhatsApp removes contact photos.

WhatsApp is greyed out

Yolla shows WhatsApp only as available when it's installed on your phone.

I can't add a photo

Check that Yolla has camera or photo access in your phone's settings.

How do I delete a card?

Press and hold the card on the My cards screen, then choose Delete card.

How do I print ID badges for my team?

On My cards, tap ID cards and make one for each person. Tick the ones you need, then choose Print on A4. They line up on the page by themselves.

My printed badge is the wrong size

Print at actual size, without fit to page. Printing from a computer gives you the most control over scaling.

How do I delete an ID badge?

Open the badge from the ID cards list and choose Delete ID card.

Does the other person need the app?

No. They receive an ordinary image and contact card, and their phone opens them without Yolla.

Is there a subscription?

No. You pay once and that's it. There is no account either.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. Yolla has no server, so we can't see your details. Deleting a card removes it from the app.
